With more than 60 years of history, Colégio Dona Luísa Sigea has not only been able to preserve its beliefs and values, but it has also evolved according to our modern society and the pedagogy of late 20th and 21st centuries. Having started with only 58 students, our school now has more than 200, from preschool up to Year 9.
However, the friendly and familiar environment, which is one of our greatest characteristics, has been kept and enables us to bear in mind the particular needs of each student, never forgetting the importance of group interaction skills.
Besides the importance given to each student as a person, there is also the possibility to learn about different cultures, as about 20% of our students come from foreign countries. Here we can provide Portuguese language support so that all our students feel part of Sigea family.
